Linux Comand Network Administrator

Hello all.

this is about linux command for administrator and this is Powerfull for command.

lets Go.
1. Ping command
       Ping => used to test the IP  connectivity.
       example : ping google.com /
                        ping xx.xx.xxx

2. ARP command
       ARP => find the MAC address of network neighbour for a given IPv4 Address.
       example : arp
                        arp -a

3. ifconfig command
       ifconfig = used to view the network  configuration
       example : ifconfig

4. PS command
       ps => Use to see all activities
       example : ps -ax

5. netstat
       netstat =>  is a command-line tool that displays network connections
       example : netstat

6. Nslookup
       nslookup adalah sebuahFor check the query DNS.
       Buil in too mode : interactive dan non-interactive
       example : nslookup zy-light.info

7. Dig
       This is for known record DNS server.
       example : dig zy-light.info

8. traceroute
      this command is for known the route of 2 system.
      and we can use too for check our  conection by seem the route of our conection.
      example : traceroute zy-light.info

9. whois
      if you wanna know details the some site , Use this command
      example : whois zylight.info

10. host
        command for DNSLookup.
        example : host -v zy-light.info


Oke it is just Basic :)
and need to learn and learn again :)
