How to Configure Network On CentOS 6.3

I am Back : P
On this night just wanted to write you know about networking in CentOS ..

CentOS installation it already yesterday ..
and now we will configure the network: P

lets go ;)
this screen is my CentOS installed
type ifconfig -a if you wanna show the active interface

next step is.
open the directory to setup  => "cd /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/"

Oke Here we can see all interface ..
But we just use One interface "eth0" :P
edit the file ifcfg-eth0  => vi ifcfg-eth0

change like the picture ..
How to change ?
type " i " for type and
type " shift + : " and "wq" then enter. /wq = write + quit

Oke after this we must edit network configuration => /sysconfig/network

vi /etc/sysconfig/network

and type like the picture..

in this step we was setup the networking but we need to setup resolv.conf  for DNS.
we use DNS google.
vi /etc/resolv.conf

and then is Restart the network
service network restart

and we can test the network configuration :
~ ping -c 5

SO easy for set up it :)

- in this tutorial i am not activate the DHCP cz in the server we need the IP Static and the Gateway is Host IP.
